We have organised a tournament for 24 hours in order to earn some money for our final school's trip. We are going to sell sandwiches, drinks,... different events to raise some money.

The first thing wedo when we start a new unit is to learn vocabulary that young people use, like e-language, shortcuts in text messages, new words which appear in topics like (drug dealing, vandalism, graffittis,speeding,...)

We will launch some interviews to our friends in order to know their different habits of teenagers, like some bad habits, their way of eating, what kind of sports they do,... From here we will get some charts where we will get to know better our schoolmates.

We have been talking about some bad habits that teenagers can easily take like smoking,intaking drugs, gambling, ...we have been studying this in ethical classes.

We present some videos, projects, power points about what we do in our free time. For example, at the weekends we organised "calçotadas" with our family or friends, we also explain what we do in the afternoons after finishing schools, in the evenings...where we meet,what we do,where do we go to??...

We have been in class looking for different videos about topics which have to do with our everyday lives that we come across daily. We have worked on them in different groups and we have debated in small groups where different ideas have come up, we have given different opinions.

Here we are taught some rules that we have to take into account when we are driving or even walking along any street, it doesn't matter if it is a small or big city. We could try even drive different motorbikes.

We carried out a survey about the use of facebook, we also presented different power points about the things that we like. We also describe the clothes we like, we use, how our tastes changes during our teen life. The fashion , if something is trendy or casual, ....

We had the chance to play as our parents did when they went to school. after having asked them what games they played when they were younger. For example Noughts and crosses, skipping the rope, marbles,among others.

We have watched the film Juno which deals with the problems that a girl has to go through as she is pregnant and she is just 16 years old. After that, we answered some questions and we gave our opinions. We had to do a power point about abortion.

We sometimes help our parents at home doing the household tasks and one of them is to help them to cook for special occasions. So, not every day but spontaneously, becase who is in charge of cooking every day at home is my father or my mother.
